Wedding or Special Event cupcakes

1. Ordering   

1.1 Orders require a minimum of 6 weeks notice. If it is within the 6 weeks, please call us anyway. We may be able to accommodate your order.

2. Payment

2.1 A 25% non-refundable deposit to confirm order. The remainder is required in full 4 weeks before date for event.  

2.2 Jamosie Sweet accepts payment by PayPal online payment, cash or cheque payable to Jamosie Sweet.

2.3 Work will not commence work on the order until full payment is received and acknowledged with receipt.

3. Cancellation

3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing and must be confirmed. Email is acceptable.

3.2 If order is cancelled more than 4 weeks before date of event, the 25% deposit is non-refundable. Any monies paid above the 25% will be refunded.

3.3 If cancellation is 4 weeks or less to the date of event, there is no refund.

3.4 The dates will be confirmed to you in writing at the time of booking.

4. Delivery

4.1 Jamosie Sweet does not use a courier.

4.2 We do offer a delivery and set-up service. The price will depend on distance we have to travel and is charged at £2.00 per mile.

5. Stand

5.1 It is the clients responsibility to return the stand in the same condition it was taken in. The deposit for the stand is non-refundable if the stand isn't brought back within 7 days from event.

Cupcake Parties

1. Booking

1.1 There is a booking maximum of 12 children per party.

1.2 When booking please take into consideration the amount of table/kitchen space you have in your home. You may hold the party in another venue such as a church hall.  Jamosie Sweet is not responsible for booking or paying for an alternative venue.

2. Payment

2.1 A non-refundable 25% deposit is due to confirm booking. The remainder is due in full 4 weeks before the date of the party.

2.2 Jamosie Sweet accepts payment by PayPal online payment, cash or cheque payable to Jamosie Sweet.

3. Cancellation

3.1 You may change your date giving more than 2 weeks notice; subject to availability.

3.2. Cancellations must be made in writing, email is fine, and must be confirmed by Jamosie Sweet.

3.3 If cancellation is a month or more to the event date, any monines paid except the 25% deposit will be refunded. 

3.4 If cancellation is less than a month, there is no refund.

3.5 In an unexpected event such as an emergency or illness, Jamosie Sweet reserves the right to cancel or change an event. Families will be contacted and a full refund will be issued.

3.6 Birthday cake is an additional costs not included in party price.
